Self-Archiving Policy

The journal supports the principles of open access and enables the free dissemination of research results through self-archiving of author manuscripts.

1. Core Provision

The publisher allows the author to deposit the final version of the article (Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM)) in an institutional or subject-based repository, where it is made openly accessible, ensuring maximum visibility and impact of the publication.

2. Versions Permitted for Self-Archiving

• Preprint: the author’s original version of the manuscript prior to peer review may be deposited without restriction;
• Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM): the final author version after peer review (prior to publisher formatting) may be deposited without embargo;
• Version of Record (VoR): the published version may be deposited provided that a link to the official publication is included.

3. Conditions of Self-Archiving

• self-archiving is permitted without embargo;
• a full bibliographic reference to the published article must be provided;
• an active link to the official version of the article (DOI) must be included;
• no modifications that alter the content of the published work are permitted;
• authors are encouraged to indicate the version type (preprint, AAM, VoR).

4. Locations for Deposit

Authors may deposit their work in:

• institutional repositories;
• subject-specific repositories;
• personal or institutional websites;
• academic social networks.

5. Compliance with International Standards

This policy complies with Green Open Access principles and aligns with the requirements of international open access policy registries, including Sherpa/RoMEO.
